About the campaign
FC merchandise is offered to students, coaches, and parents during a six-week campaign each fall. Sozo collects orders and payments, pays the clothing vendor, and retains the remaining proceeds to support the league.
TAX REVIEW
The campaign is treated as a qualifying Washington nonprofit fundraiser, exempt from B&O and retail sales tax. Any change to the campaign’s structure requires a review by Guardian Services before sales begin.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Set up a shared digital sales spreadsheet and assign a Campaign Director to keep it current. Use a format similar to the house raffle sales sheet whenever possible.
